How we work
Tell us what needs attention. We will work out who can help.
You can ask for help before you know exactly what is wrong. Musketeers assesses your current position, identifies the expertise needed and brings together the relevant member firms. We then coordinate their work against an agreed plan and check the evidence of completion.
Six steps from your first conversation to checking the completed work.
The process starts with a discussion and assessment. You receive the findings before deciding what work to commission. If you proceed, we assemble the specialists and coordinate delivery.
- Assess 01
Expert intro
A senior specialist checks whether an assessment is the right next step.
- Assess 02
Security assessment
The assessment reviews evidence across the six capabilities. Its scope and fee are agreed for your organisation.
- Assess 03
Findings & Focus Report
You receive a report you can share with the board, explaining the priorities, the reasons for them and the proposed order of work. The report belongs to you.
- Assemble 04
We assemble your team
We select the member firms with the expertise required for each agreed priority.
- Act 05
Joint kick-off
The specialists review the findings together and agree the delivery plan.
- Act 06
Check and complete the work
We track milestones, dependencies and delays, then check the evidence needed to confirm completion.
We assess six capabilities to identify where specialist help is needed.
Specialist member firms deliver the services within each capability. The assessment establishes your current position and priorities, so you can decide which work to take forward.

Member firms deliver their specialist work. Musketeers manages the coordination.
Each of our four member firms contributes to the capabilities within its area of expertise. Where the assessment identifies a need for other specialists, Musketeers brings them into the team. We coordinate scope, dependencies and decisions, and report on progress through to completion.
