Why Jalil built Musketeers
Clients were still left to coordinate the specialists themselves.
During two decades working across financial services, telecoms, energy and government estates, Jalil Neghza saw the same problem repeatedly. Specialists delivered their part of the work, but clients still had to choose the firms, reconcile their advice and manage tasks that depended on one another.
He created Musketeers to select specialists according to the problem and give them a shared plan. The aim is to make responsibilities and dependencies clear across all the firms involved.
The principle is straightforward: specialists need to understand one another’s work and coordinate their decisions to address the client’s risk.
We select specialists independently and take responsibility for coordination.
We base recommendations on the assessment, choose specialists for the work required and keep responsibility for delivery clear.
